Gingerbread Waffles Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat Waffle iron
  • Blend together,butter and water
  • Add mix
  • Beat two minutes at medium speed
  • Stir in egg yolks
  • Fold in whites
  • Spoon or pour into waffle iron(2/3 full)
  • Bake until steaming stops
  • Serve with warmed applesauce or whipped cream

    Sounds great...you can tell I love gingerbread! Will have to try. Maybe with your homemade syrup over top? Might let the gingerbread flavor come through better than maple syrup.
