Cheesy Crabmeat on Muffins

Great Irish food for get togethers and parties.
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins shopping list
- 1TBSP. butter shopping list
- 3 green onions chpd. shopping list
- 1/3 cup chpd. red pepper shopping list
- 1/2 pound crabmeat flaked shopping list
- 1 to 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler. Place muffin halves on lightly greased baking sheet. Broil 4 inches from heat for 2 minutes. Place on microwaveable plate.
- Melt butter and saute green onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in crabmeat, hot sauce, and cheeses. Spoon about 1/3 cup of crabmeat mixture onto each muffin.
- Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes, rotating platter once.
