One-Step Pound Cake

An quick and easy pound cake!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 container (8oz) orange or lemon yogurt or sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325*F.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients on low speed of electric mixeruntil blended. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooded pick comes out clean.
- Serve plain or topped with fruit, ice cream or topping of your choice.
