- 2 CUPS beef broth shopping list
- 2 TEASPOONS TABASCO pepper sauce OR MORE (I LIKE MORE) shopping list
- garlic oil OPTIONAL TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL IN LARGE DUTCH OVEN OVER MED HEAT
- ADD SAUSAGE AND COOK STIRRING TO BREAK UP MEAT,UNTIL PINK HAS DISAPPEARED 5 TO 6 MIN
- TRANSFER TO PLATE
- SEASON CHICKEN PIECES WITH SALT ADD REMAING OIL TO POT ADD CHICKEN AND BROWN EVENLY.REMOVE PAN AND DRAIN OIL
- ADD SAUSAGE
- RICE
- TOMATOES
- BROTH
- AND TOBASCO
- IF USING GARLIC OIL ADD NOW
- BRING TO A BOIL AND REDUCE HEAT TO MED AND COVER
- SIMMER TILL RICE IS TENDER AND LIQUID IS ABSORBED ABOUT 25 MIN
- LET STAND 10 MINS AND SERVE
