  • TOMATOES
  • BROTH
  • AND TOBASCO
  • IF USING GARLIC OIL ADD NOW
  • BRING TO A BOIL AND REDUCE HEAT TO MED AND COVER
  • SIMMER TILL RICE IS TENDER AND LIQUID IS ABSORBED ABOUT 25 MIN
  • LET STAND 10 MINS AND SERVE
