Here is a great dressing for Taco's, Salads, Sides, Chips.....Close to The El' Torito Chain in Southern California....Yes, it's green..Not like your regular salsa, but it's fresh and good.

Ingredients

1 bunch cilantro, chopped shopping list
1 small jalepeno , seeded and minced.. (wash hands after seeding, or you will burn your eyes!) shopping list
1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
3/4 pkg ranch dressing mix (dry) shopping list
2 cloves garlic shopping list
juice of 2 limes shopping list
1/4 tsp hot sauce shopping list

How to make it

Place sour cream,pepper, mayonnaise, cilantro, ranch mix, lime juice, hot sauce and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Yes everything....... Easy! Add more sour cream or mayo for thickeness.
Done!!!

This sounds delicious. I am completely obsessed with cilantro lime dressing that they serve at a restaraunt here in SLC and am always looking to copy.

Do you know how long this keeps after it is made?

AWESOME! Can't wait to try... I'd do today but I've got to have someone from home send me some ranch dressing mix.. it's a keeper!
