Here is a great dressing for Taco's, Salads, Sides, Chips.....Close to The El' Torito Chain in Southern California....Yes, it's green..Not like your regular salsa, but it's fresh and good.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small jalepeno , seeded and minced.. (wash hands after seeding, or you will burn your eyes!)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 pkg ranch dressing mix (dry)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce

Directions
  1. Place sour cream,pepper, mayonnaise, cilantro, ranch mix, lime juice, hot sauce and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Yes everything....... Easy! Add more sour cream or mayo for thickeness.
  3. Done!!!
