Chocolate Frosting For Heavy Chocolate Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine brown sugar, milk, and oleo in sauce pan.
  • bring to a boil
  • remove from heat and add cocoa
  • stir until well mixed
  • let stand for 5 min. to cool.
  • spread on heavy chocolate cake
  • or you can do this
  • combine white sugar, milk,oleo,dark cocoa in heavy sauce pan
  • cook on medium heat stirring constantly with a wire wisk until it comes to a boil.
  • remove from heat and stir in oil of peppermint and then pour over cake while still hot or poke holes in top of cake first and then pour over cake,
  • cake does not have to be cooled down first.
