How to make it

  • Place biscuits on surface and press out flat.
  • Put onto cookie sheet and place 1 apple ring on top of each one.
  • Mix together margarine, cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • Put a spoonful on top of each biscuit.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 375F until brown and bubbly.

    Apparently the cheddar and apple thing has always escaped me...although I did try it on a couple of them. :) I used cream cheese on the rest of 'em. I loved that it was simple (and I had all the ingredients on hand!) And my girls were able to help me with it. THANKS!
