Ingredients
  • 1 can buttermilk canned biscuits
  • 1 apple, peeled and sliced into rings
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions
  1. Place biscuits on surface and press out flat.
  2. Put onto cookie sheet and place 1 apple ring on top of each one.
  3. Mix together margarine, cinnamon and brown sugar.
  4. Put a spoonful on top of each biscuit.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at 375F until brown and bubbly.

Apparently the cheddar and apple thing has always escaped me...although I did try it on a couple of them. :) I used cream cheese on the rest of 'em. I loved that it was simple (and I had all the ingredients on hand!) And my girls were able to help me with it. THANKS!
