Lunch Lady Butter Sugar Cookies

Easy recipe using ingredients usually on hand!
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter(1 cup) shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
- Add vanilla
- Mix flour a little bit at a time, mixing well
- Roll dough into balls
- Flatten on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake until golden brown
- Approximately 8 - 10 minutes ...watching carefully
- Enjoy!
