Ingredients

1 PACKAGE ( 6 OUNCES ) LIME JELLO

1 CUP BOILING WATER

1 PACKAGE ( 8 OUNCES ) CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED

1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

1 CAN ( 15 OUNCES) MANDARIN ORANGES, DRAINED

1 CAN ( 8 OUNCES ) CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED

1 CUP LEMON - LIME SODA

1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

1 CARTON ( 8 OUNCES ) FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING ( COOL WHIP) THAWED AND DIVIDED

Directions

DISSOLVE JELLO IN WATER.

IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL FLUFFY.

STIR IN JELLO MIXTURE AND BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.

STIR IN VANILLA, ORANGES,PINEAPPLE AND LEMON-LIME SODA AND PECANS.

CHILL UNTIL MIXTURES MOUNDS SLIGHTLY WHEN DROPPED FROM A SPOON.

FOLD IN 3/4 OF THE COOL WHIP TOPPING.

POUR INTO A 13 X 9 X 2 INCH GLASS DISH.

REFRIGERATE FOR 3 - 4 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM

CUT INTO SQUARES ; GARNISH WITH REMAINING COOL WHIP AND SERVE

YIELDS ........16 TO 20 SERVINGS
