How to make it

  • Microwave the potatoes (as directed on package)
  • Remove onto a microwave-safe plate and spread out
  • Sprinkle with Onion
  • Squirt with mustard
  • Cover with Cheese
  • Back into the microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute (or until the cheese is melted)
  • Serve
