How to make it

  • Cook noodles; drain
  • Melt butter in heavy skillet or large pan
  • Add fettucine, cheese, ham and mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Toss gently until noodles are well coated with cheese.

    This is good, linebb. I make something exactly like this, but with light cream cheese instead of the heavy cream. Not that I wouldn't LOVE the heavy cream. LOL
