This is quick and easy... All you need is salad and french bread to make this a good meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz fettucine noodles
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 2 cups cubed ham
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (opt)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Cook noodles; drain
  2. Melt butter in heavy skillet or large pan
  3. Add fettucine, cheese, ham and mushrooms.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss gently until noodles are well coated with cheese.
