Ingredients

1 16 oz fettucine noodles

1 stick unsalted butter

1 cup cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 to 2 cups cubed ham

1 cup sliced mushrooms (opt)

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook noodles; drain

Melt butter in heavy skillet or large pan

Add fettucine, cheese, ham and mushrooms.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Toss gently until noodles are well coated with cheese.

This is good, linebb. I make something exactly like this, but with light cream cheese instead of the heavy cream. Not that I wouldn't LOVE the heavy cream. LOL
