Hot Grilled Trout

- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons margarine melted shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 trout about 1 pound each shopping list
How to make it
- In shallow dish combine juice, margarine, oil, parsley, seeds, Tabasco, ginger and salt.
- Mix well then pierce skin of fish in several places with tines of fork.
- Roll fish in juice mixture to coat inside and out then cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Turn occasionally then remove fish from marinade and reserve marinade.
- Place fish in handheld hinged grill then brush fish with reserved marinade.
- Cook 4" from hot coals for 5 minutes.
- Turn and brush with marinade then cook 5 minutes longer.

Trout is my first choice of fish.This recipe sounds wonderful! I am thinking the Tabasco gives it an unique flavor.
