Orange Pie

I cut my pies in 6 slices but some do 4 or 8. This is a delicious pie made like a chocolate pie but use orange instead.

In a large saucepan, combine orange juice, water and orange flavoring. Bring to a boil.
Stir egg yolks, sugar and flour together until no dry flour shows.
Add mixture into juice and water mixture and boil until thickened.
Bake 2 pie crusts and pour filling into them. Let cool
ICING....
Beat 4 egg whites until peaks form. Add 2 tsp. of sugar and beat until stiff.
Put icing on pies and brown in 450F.oven for about 5 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
