Baked Macaroni And Cheese

- 2 cups uncooked your favourite macaroni shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon English mustard shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c romano cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Cook macaroni as directed to al dente. Drain.
- Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat.
- Whisk in flour, salt, pepper, mustard,garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture is thick and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in milk. Bring mixture to boil.
- Stir in cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
- Fold in macaroni into cheese sauce.
- Pour into ungreased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
- Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
