Swedish Meatballs With Sour Cream Sauce

- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list

- Sauce Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 cups Half & Half shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon caraway seed shopping list

- 1 (16-ounce) package uncooked dried wide egg or dumpling noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400°F. Combine all meatball ingredients in 3-quart bowl; mix lightly. Shape meat mixture into 16 balls.
- Place meatballs in ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Drain grease and remove drippings from dish. Return meatballs to baking dish.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in medium bowl. Pour over meatballs. Continue baking, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes or until sauce is heated through.
- Meanwhile, prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain.
- Serve meatballs and sauce over hot cooked noodles.
