Ingredients
  • 11/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 11/2 cups white sugar
  • 3 tab. flour
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar ( for decoration )
  • 2/3 cup confectioners sugar.

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. grease 9 x 13 pan,
  3. combine the 11/2flour ,2/3 cups confectioners sugar,and butter ,pat in to pan, bake fon 20 min. in preheated oven,
  4. whisk together eggs ,white sugar, 3 tab flour , and lemon juice until frothy,pour this lemon mixture over the hot crust,
  5. return to oven for additional 20 to 25 min. or ontil light golden brown,
  6. cool on rack. dust with confectioners sugar,
  7. cut in to squares.
  8. and injoy : )
