How to make it

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • grease 9 x 13 pan,
  • combine the 11/2flour ,2/3 cups confectioners sugar,and butter ,pat in to pan, bake fon 20 min. in preheated oven,
  • whisk together eggs ,white sugar, 3 tab flour , and lemon juice until frothy,pour this lemon mixture over the hot crust,
  • return to oven for additional 20 to 25 min. or ontil light golden brown,
  • cool on rack. dust with confectioners sugar,
  • cut in to squares.
  • and injoy : )
