Ingredients
- 11/2 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine softened shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 11/2 cups white sugar shopping list
- 3 tab. flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar ( for decoration ) shopping list
- 2/3 cup confectioners sugar. shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 375 degrees
- grease 9 x 13 pan,
- combine the 11/2flour ,2/3 cups confectioners sugar,and butter ,pat in to pan, bake fon 20 min. in preheated oven,
- whisk together eggs ,white sugar, 3 tab flour , and lemon juice until frothy,pour this lemon mixture over the hot crust,
- return to oven for additional 20 to 25 min. or ontil light golden brown,
- cool on rack. dust with confectioners sugar,
- cut in to squares.
