A good old Southern Breakfast standby. If you haven't tried grits don't knock them. Love them with cheese or plain with butter and syrup. Yummy!

This sounds like a terrific dish I'll try! I make my grits similar (without egg whites & I don't bake it), however I add a shake or two of cayenne pepper to my grits.
