Sour Cream Beets

Another easy way to dress up canned beets.
Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced beets shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 Tbsp milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onion tops shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat beets, either in saucepan on top of stove or in microwave.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Heat over low heat until heated through but do not let it boil.
- Drain beets and put them in a serving dish.
- Top with sour cream mixture.
- If you wish, stir to combine beets with sauce.
