How to make it

  • Heat beets, either in saucepan on top of stove or in microwave.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Heat over low heat until heated through but do not let it boil.
  • Drain beets and put them in a serving dish.
  • Top with sour cream mixture.
  • If you wish, stir to combine beets with sauce.
