Ingredients

12 Large mushrooms

6 Tbs. butter softened

1 clove garlic, pressed

1 cup crab meat, minced

4 Tbs. shredded jack cheese

2 Tbs. dry white wine

1/3 cup cracker crumbs

Directions

Take stems off the mushrooms.

Melt butter and brush it over the caps of the mushrooms

Stir the remaining ingredients together until well blended.

Place the shrooms in a large baking dish with the cavity up

Place equal amounts of filling in each shroom and slap em in the broiler.

Broil for about 3 minutes or so

Serve warm
