- 1/3 c pine nuts shopping list
- 2 1/2 lb lean ground lamb shopping list
- 1 md yellow pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 md onion, diced shopping list
- 2 cl garlic, minced + shopping list
- 2 lg eggs shopping list
- 2 ts ground pepper shopping list
- 2 ts dried basil shopping list
- 1 ts dried rosemary shopping list
- 1/2 ts salt shopping list
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 8 oz can tomato sauce shopping list
How to make it
- BAKE pine nuts at 350 degrees F. 5 minutes or until toasted.
- stirring occasionally,
- COMBINE pine nuts and next 9 ingredients; press half of mixture into a lightly greased 9x5-inch loafpan.
- Sprinkle with cheese, and press remaining lamb mixture over cheese.
- BAKE at 375 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours; remove from pan, and place on a rack in a broiler pan.
- Pour tomato sauce over top; bake 10 more minutes or until done.
- Garnish with parsley and it's ready to serve!
