How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla
  • Stir in mashed bananas
  • In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients
  • Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture a bit at a time alternating with the yogurt.
  • Stir in the walnuts
  • Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for about 70 minutes till wooden skewer comes out clean.
  • For goodness sake wait till it cools to eat it!

    With regard to the name, Can I stand another Banana Bread: I just happen to have several bananas that need to be cooked and plain yogurt for another recipe I am trying. How perfect! :-), I am listening to Pandora radio on my laptop and cooking all day. What better way and time to try your recipe! Thank you soooo much! fewls
