How to make it

  • Dip veal in egg then bread crumbs.. In skillet,saute cutlets in oil until well browned and drain. In seperate saucepan,drizzle olive oil and vinegar over onions and mushrooms. Cover,simmer over low heat till onions are opaque. In a 9' square baking pan,layer 1/3 sauce,1/2 cutlets and 1/2 of onions and mushroom mix,1/2 of provolone cheese and 1/3 of parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 1/3 sauce and 1/2 parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 till bubbly.
