Italian Veal with Mushrooms and Cheese

- 8 veal cutlets shopping list
- 1 egg,beaten shopping list
- Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 2Tbs. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 white onions,sliced shopping list
- 1lb. mushrooms,sliced shopping list
- 1(28oz) jar of sauce or your own sauce shopping list
- 8 slices provolone cheese shopping list
- 3/4c parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Dip veal in egg then bread crumbs.. In skillet,saute cutlets in oil until well browned and drain. In seperate saucepan,drizzle olive oil and vinegar over onions and mushrooms. Cover,simmer over low heat till onions are opaque. In a 9' square baking pan,layer 1/3 sauce,1/2 cutlets and 1/2 of onions and mushroom mix,1/2 of provolone cheese and 1/3 of parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 1/3 sauce and 1/2 parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 till bubbly.
