Chicken With Maple Syrup Hoisin Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts or two large ones cut in half (about 1 lb)

3 tbsp all purpose flour

2 tsp vegetable oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

3 tbsp orange juice

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Spray a nonstick baking dish with cooking spray

Dust chicken with flour. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes, turning once until browned. Do not cook through. Transfer chicken to baking dish.

To make sauce: In a small bowl, stir together sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake, uncovered, in center of oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
