Chicken with Maple Syrup Hoisin Glaze

- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts or two large ones cut in half (about 1 lb) shopping list
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce shopping list
- 3 tbsp orange juice shopping list
- 2 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. Spray a nonstick baking dish with cooking spray
- Dust chicken with flour. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes, turning once until browned. Do not cook through. Transfer chicken to baking dish.
- To make sauce: In a small bowl, stir together sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake, uncovered, in center of oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
