Chocolate And Espresso Crepes

An improvised dessert from today afternoon.
Ingredients
- For the Crêpes : shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder shopping list
- 100 ml milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoon espresso shopping list
- 1 teaspoon butter shopping list
- For the marsala-mascarpone cream: shopping list
- 100 g mascarpone shopping list
- 1 tablespoon espresso shopping list
- 1 tablespoon marsala shopping list
- 2 packs vanilla sugar shopping list
- raspberry (half frozen) shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare chocolate crêpes :
- Mix eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, milk and espresso. Let it stay for a half an hour and bake them.
- For the marsala-mascarpone whisk all ingredients together.
- Puree raspberry with 1 tablespoon espresso and 1 pack vanilla or leave it natural.
