How to make it

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Have a bowl filled of cold water ready.
  • Remove eggs from hot water, place in bowl, peel and chop. Set aside.
  • For the dressing, mix the onion, mayo, relish, mustard, spices and lemon juice together in a bowl.
  • Fold the egg chunks into the mix until well coated.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve sandwiches on toasted rye bread & enjoy :-)
