Home-made Cornbread

- 4 tbs corn meal shopping list
- 2 tbs self-rising flour shopping list
- 2 tbs sugar shopping list
- 1 level tbs of baking powder shopping list
- 1 "pinch" of salt (dime size in the palm of your hand) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add enough milk to make the mixture slightly runny. I
- f the mix ends up lumpy, you may use a whisk to break the lumps up, but don't over use!
- Spray a round cake pan with a non-stick spray.
- After mixing the ingredients, pour it in the cake pan.
- Put in the oven at about 400 degrees. Let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes (depending upon your oven). Corn bread is finished when it turns a golden brown color.
- Remove from oven, cut into pie slices. Add butter while it is hot if you desire. Eat and enjoy!
