Summer Berry Slump

My friends and family love this dessert so much that they've given it a pet name. I love it because it's so easy and quick to put together. It's best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 8 cups mixed frozen berries shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 3 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 4 tbls butter shopping list
How to make it
- Pour berries into a 9x13 casserole.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar.
- In a mixing bowl sift together all dry ingredients including leftover 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Beat milk and melted butter into dry ingredients to create a batter.
- Pour batter in an even layer over frozen berries.
- Bake at 375 degrees until cake is brown and berries are bubbling.
