How to make it

  • Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Add beaten eggs, oil, pineapple, vanilla and carrots.
  • Fold in nuts.
  • Pour in to 9x13 pan. No need to grease.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Turn down to 300 degrees and cook for an additional hour.
  • Cool completely before icing.
  • Top with Grandma Betty's Cream Cheese Frosting!
