Ingredients
  • 2 can biscuits
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • cinnamon and sugar to taste

Directions
  1. 2 ways to cook this:
  2. 1. mix butter and brown sugar together and melt in a cast iron skillet on the stove
  3. cut each biscuit into 4 pieces (I use scissors)
  4. toss biscuit pieces in cinnamon and sugar mix
  5. spread biscuits on top of brown sugar/butter
  6. put in oven at 350 for directions on biscuit package
  7. 2.mix butter and brown sugar together
  8. spread in the bottom of a bunt pan
  9. treat biscuits as above instead spread them into the bunt pan.
  10. when it is done cooking flip it over onto a dish or serving tray
  11. the mix will pour all over the biscuits

Something that makes this even better is to add some walnuts or pecans to the butter mixture before adding the biscuits. I love monkey bread. Thanks for posting this!
