Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Whole milk Brown Cow plain is my favorite)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 T dried dill
  • 1/2 T dried parsley
  • 1 T dry minced onion
  • 1/2 t garlic granules
  • 1/4 t medium grind pepper
  • 1/4 t real sea salt (not the white stuff, "Redmond Real Sea Salt")

Directions
  1. Mix all the above.
  2. Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour - this will plump up the minced onion pieces.
  3. Stir and enjoy.
  4. For fish seasoning - don't add yogurt or mayo, simply sprinkle on fish fillets, dot with butter and bake.

I love dill and am always looking for great dip recipes to serve. This one sounds excellent. Great post. You got my 5.

Excellent dip recipe and I know what it's like to be allergic/sensitive to that dreaded MSG. Headaches to the max! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe and I LOVE fresh dill. I have it growing in the backyard and now I can create something a little different with it.
