A different spin on potato salad, is nice for carry in dinners or picnics

Ingredients
- 5 lb red potatoes cubed n cooked to tender
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar ( can be left out)
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon real bacon bits or crumbled bacon
Directions
- Mix altogether n chill, for several hours to give flavors a chance to marry.
