Ingredients

5 lb red potatoes cubed n cooked to tender

2 cups sour cream

1 cup mayo

1/2 cup sugar ( can be left out)

1 bunch green onions chopped

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoon real bacon bits or crumbled bacon

Directions

Mix altogether n chill, for several hours to give flavors a chance to marry.
