Cheesy Potato Salad

A different spin on potato salad, is nice for carry in dinners or picnics
Ingredients
- 5 lb red potatoes cubed n cooked to tender shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar ( can be left out) shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions chopped shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoon real bacon bits or crumbled bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix altogether n chill, for several hours to give flavors a chance to marry.

Oh now this is right up my alley. I LOVE potato salad and the addition of cheese is an excellent idea, you've got my 5 all the way. Great post.
