How to make it

  • Brownies: Preheat oven to 350* F. Line 8" square pan with Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Prepare brownie mix with eggs and water according to package directions, substituting melted butter for oil.
  • Spread in pan and bake 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool completely on rack and lift foil edges to remove from pan.
  • Frosting: On medium-high speed, beat butter, Fluff, Sugar, and extract until fluffy. Beat in 1/2 C coconut.
  • Spread on cooled brownies and sprinkle with remaining coconut
  • Will disappear quickly! ;9
