How to make it

  • Coarsely grind the rice with salt .
  • Keep aside .
  • Grind the meat .
  • Fry the onion , chilli , pepper and salt for 1 minute .
  • Add the minced meat and fry till it turns brown .
  • Mix corriander .
  • Shape rice into flat balls .
  • Fill with meat and form into cutlets and sprinkle with flour .
  • Fry in oil till golden brown .
  • Serve hot with sauce .
