Ingredients

2 C cooked rice

1 C boneless meat , chilled

1 onion , chopped

1 green chilli , chopped

1 tbsp corriander leaves , chopped

Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

Coarsely grind the rice with salt .

Keep aside .

Grind the meat .

Fry the onion , chilli , pepper and salt for 1 minute .

Add the minced meat and fry till it turns brown .

Mix corriander .

Shape rice into flat balls .

Fill with meat and form into cutlets and sprinkle with flour .

Fry in oil till golden brown .

Serve hot with sauce .
