Salmon with dill sauce

How to make it
- Salt and pepper salmon and lightly fry salmon in butter, a couple minutes on each side.
- Remove fish from skillet. In the same skillet, combine sour cream and as much dill as you want, until it warms up.
- Pour over fish
- serve
- The amounts are relative to the amount of fish you're making

It was awesome!! When I tasted it on it's own, I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not. Then, I tasted it with the salmon... YUM!! Very unique and fresh flavor. The entire family (including my picky 4 year old) loved it! Thanks so much!! :)
