Lemon Chess Pie

- · 2 C sugar shopping list
- · 1 T flour shopping list
- · 1 T cornmeal shopping list
- · ¼ t salt shopping list
- · ¼ C butter, melted shopping list
- · 2 t Grated lemon rind shopping list
- · ¼ C fresh lemon juice shopping list
- · ¼ C milk shopping list
- · 4 eggs shopping list
- · 1 Unbaked 9" pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal and salt. Add the melted butter, lemon rind, lemon juice and milk; mix well.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell, and bake for 50 minutes.
