This topping is made for pizza, foccacias and similar breads. Make a lot so store in the refrig and let come to room temp before using.

  • 12 Cloves of minced Garlic
  • 1/4 c Garlic Powder
  • 2 1/2 c Olive Oil, extra virgin
  • 2 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese, good quality
  • .

Directions
  1. Mix all well. Use as needed.
  2. Drizzle on Pizza and similar type breads, place over the tomato sauce on the pizza, or brush over bread for a great garlic bread.
  3. May also be mixed into hot cook pasta.
