CREAMY DIJON CHICKEN WITH RICE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs.. vegetable oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 C. hot cooked regular long-grain white rice

Directions
  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add soup, water, mustard and pepper.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
  6. Serve with rice.

This is a good recipe, lots of flavor. I like to use boneless pork chops some times and Golden Mushroom soup instead of Celery. Have a Blessed day.
