This is a delicious side or by adding certain meats can be a main dish. I add turkey and it is wonderful.

- HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER
- ONE CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- ½ TSP. CURRY
- ½ LEMON SQUEEZED
- ¾ CUP MAYONNAISE
- SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE MIX (2 CUPS)
Directions
- CUT UP AND STEAM CAULIFLOWER
- MIX THE MAYO, CR. OF CHICKEN SOUP, LEMON, CURRY
- ASSEMBLE EVERYTHING PUT IN A CASSEROLE DISH
- SPRINKLE THE 2 CUPS OF CHEESE OVER.
- CAN ADD: BROCCOLI, CHICKEN, TURKEY, HAM ETC.
- BAKE AT 350ْ
- UNTIL BUBBLY
