How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F, grease a loaf pan.
  • Whisk together all the dry ingredients, set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat together remaining ingredients.
  • Gradually fold in flour mixture until just combined.
  • Bake 25 minutes, tent loaf with foil.
  • Continue baking another 20 minutes, until tests done.
  • Cool 10 minutes in pan before unmoulding onto wire rack.

    Hi Jo_Jo_Ba. This looks like a wonderful recipe but do you buy almond meal and almond butter in a health food store? I have never heard of either and would truly like to make your recipe. Please let me know.
