Broiled Salmon with Honey and Vermouth

- 2 tbsp. honey shopping list
- 2 tbsp. dry vermouth or dry white wine shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. peeled grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
- Place salmon on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; brush with half of the honey mixture.
- Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with remaining honey mixture.
- Serves two. 1 serving = 6 points.
