Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil and add cumin seeds and bay leaves.
  • When you hear a crackling sound of the seeds bursting, add onion and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Next add ginger, garlic, turmeric and green chillies, chilli powder and tomatoes.
  • Lightly saute for a few minutes.
  • Add prawns and cook until opaque.
  • Next add spinach and saute until wilted.
  • Mix garam masala with cream and pour into pan.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove bay leaves.
  • Add chop cilantro and serve with basmati rice.
