Fresh Tomato Salad Dressing Recipe

	Wdsdy / All my dishes 3 months, 2 weeks ago i found this recipe in a Southern Living Annual Recipes, years ago, and have been making it ever since! It's tangy and refreshing served over fresh salad greens! Prep:15m Servings:6	Wdsdy
	easy yummy blender tomato sald dressing

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 large tomato, peeled and quartered

1 small onion, quartered

1 large stalk celery, coarsely chopped

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

5 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender.

Process on high speed until smooth; cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
