Cranberry Butter Recipe

This is a great butter to spread on hot muffins. Tried and true. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cooke Estate in Houston Texas in 1989.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Puree cranberries in food processor or blender.
- Add sugar, butter and lemon juice then process until smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.

I love flavored butters and it's funny I was just at the local market today and cranberries are so plentiful they had them on sale 2 pounds for a dollar, I purchased 4 pounds then wondered what I was going to do with them. One recipe down 55 to go...Lol. Thanks Chef, another great recipe.
