Ingredients
  • Mixed Spring Greens
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 Orange
  • Coarsely Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
  • Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette

Directions
  1. Put some mixed spring greens into a bowl
  2. very thinly slice red onion and add to taste
  3. cut orange into bite sized pieces and add to taste
  4. sprinkle with nuts to taste
  5. top with bleu cheese vinaigrette
  6. enjoy!
