Fresh Red Pasta Salad Recipe
This is an easy pasta salad I found in a ward cook book, made by my neighbor. It's fresh and tasty, and in my experience always a big hit at picnics and friend gatherings.

Ingredients
  • 16 oz. bow tie pasta
  • 1-2 cups broccoli florets
  • red onion thinly sliced
  • medium red pepper chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 8 oz. bottle (salad dressing) kraft sun dried tomato vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Boil pasta as directed on package, and add broccoli florets for the last 3 minutes.
  2. Drain pasta and broccoli.
  3. Add chopped pepper, sliced onion, and cherry tomato halves.
  4. Gently stir in kraft dressing, till pasta is well dressed.
  5. Refrigerate till serving.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
