Maple Grove Party Carrots

These are phenominal. My sister made these last Sunday at our family luncheon and everyone went ga-ga over them. Great carrot recipe sure to please all. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen baby carrots shopping list
- 1 medium white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup undiluted shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook carrots until tender and drain.
- Combine and heat remaining ingredients until sugar is melted about 5 minutes.
- Pour over drained carrots then chill at least 2 hours.
