Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes ( washed and peeled
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a glass bowl add sliced potatoes , and remaining ingredients place saran wrap on top of bowl and microwave for about 20 to 25 mins
