Ingredients

6 potatoes ( washed and peeled

1 small onion sliced

2 cloves garlic

3 tbsp butter

3 tsp rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a glass bowl add sliced potatoes , and remaining ingredients place saran wrap on top of bowl and microwave for about 20 to 25 mins
