Ingredients

1 can of pink salmon

2 eggs

¼ c finely diced celery

lemon dill seasoning

Olive oil

Directions

Drain salmon (and de-bone, if necessary), and put in a bowl

mix in the eggs, lemon dill seasoning to taste.

Spoon patties into frying pan with hot olive oil.

Fry on medium heat until a light golden brown.
