Rose Petal Jelly Recipe

How to make it

  • Simmer petals in small amount of water till petals are tender. Add the sugar, honey and lemon juice. Cook gently until mixture is the consistency of a thick syrup.
  • Allow mixture to cool slightly then pour into sterile jelly jars and seal.
