Simple little sweet sauce for Japanese Sushi, any rice dish, dip for shrimp and/or any fish. This is not my recipe. It's a known known....LOVE that expression!

Ingredients
  • 3 Parts Japanese Mayo (Kewpie Brand)
  • 1 Part Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Note: I included a photo of the Sweet Chili Sauce. It is different than Garlic Chili Sauce, which is HOT, as it is very sweet.

Directions
  1. Mix together well. Serve as a dipping sauce or directly on top of rice or sushi. Keep Refrigerated.

I'm thinking this would be good on a burger as well, love the creaminess of the mayonnaise and the spice from the sauce. Good post.


Burgers are a GREAT idea! It's like Tonkatsu sauce...you can use it on anything. My daughter likes it more than ketchup!

Great simple post! I love garlic chili sauce.


It's also good as a general dipping sauce, especially for any Asian dumplings and/or pot stickers.
