Simple little sweet sauce for Japanese Sushi, any rice dish, dip for shrimp and/or any fish. This is not my recipe. It's a known known....LOVE that expression!

Ingredients
- 3 Parts Japanese Mayo (Kewpie Brand)
- 1 Part Sweet Chili Sauce
- Note: I included a photo of the Sweet Chili Sauce. It is different than Garlic Chili Sauce, which is HOT, as it is very sweet.
Directions
- Mix together well. Serve as a dipping sauce or directly on top of rice or sushi. Keep Refrigerated.

Burgers are a GREAT idea! It's like Tonkatsu sauce...you can use it on anything. My daughter likes it more than ketchup!
